Online Registration
Total Time provides online registration services to event organizers that enable you to sign up for participation in sporting events.
Registration Verification
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your registration information. It is particularly important that the entered email address, which is used for sending confirmations and other information, is correct. If you do not receive an e-mail upon completion of registration, this suggests either your e-mail address was not entered correctly, your mail box is full, or the mail server has blocked your email.
Payments
When you register for an event, you may make payment using the method(s), which will be offered to you by the event organizer.
Total Time is not liable for transactions between registrants and event organizers.
Cancellation and Refund
You have no right of cancellation or refund. Race Entry fees are non-refundable.
Transfer, Deferral and Switch of Race
You have no right to transfer your registration to another person, defer it to a future event or switch between different races within an event. However, the Event Organizer my use their discretion. When transfers, deferrals and switches of race are permitted, an administration fee of $10 is charge. For avoidance of doubt, the term transfer relates to both individual registration transfer and team member substitution.
Personal Data
During the registration process, personal data will be collected for event operation purposes and will be shared with the event organizer. It may also be used by Total Time for results posting. Otherwise, your personal data will not be shared with any third parties. By registering for an event, it is deemed that you have granted consent to Total Time and the organizer for using your personal data for the stated purposes.
You have the right of access to and correction of any personal data held about you.
Errors and Omissions
Total Time reserves the rights for correction of any errors or omissions in prices and event descriptions.
