DESCRIPTION:Hoka Lady 5K & 10K Run \nRace has limit\, register early!!\n\nThe run is to help 100 elderly people in need with a box of groceries. These people will be selected by runners from each district who participate in the run.\nThese elderly chosen will be visited to find out what their needs are also their health care will be look at.
