The run is to help 100 elderly people in need with a box of groceries. These people will be selected by runners from each district who participate in the run.
These elderly chosen will be visited to find out what their needs are also their health care will be look at. Runners can contact Ms Marcia Marcus aka Hoka Lady at 6233145 if they know about anyone who would be qualified for this opportunity.

TRANSPORTATION:

• For those parking their vehicles at Rio On Pools and need a ride from Rio On Pools to either the 5K or 10K start locations,  transport depart 5:40am
• If you are using the bus, please indicate so, on the registration form,  AND PLEASE USE IT, many indicated they will use the bus, but ketch ride, then we ending paying for a bus when a mini van can be used.
