Any person who presents him/herself taking the position of a runner who didn’t show up will be an automatic disqualification.

CHECK-IN / PACKET PICKUP:

• Check-In and packet pickup will be done before the event.  Your reg packet will include your race bib and timing chip.

TIMING:

• We’ll using ProChip Timers.  All races will be mass start with the OFFICIAL time being gun-time (meaning everyone gets the same start time, you are ranked in the order you finish).

START LINE:

• Just inside the main gate at Price Barracks

HYDRATION:

• 2.5K   (U-turn location for 5K)
• 5 K (U-turn location for 10K)
• 8K
• 10.55K (U-turn location for Half Marathon)

FINISH AREA:

• Runners must return the timing chip immediately after finishing the race, indicate to the volunteer nearby that you are doing so.

AWARD CEREMONIES:

 After each race distance is completed a short ceremony for

• Finisher medals for all finisher

During the Official Opening Ceremony at 9am
