SWIM

• Start at the beach
• Swim  under and pass Hawkeswork Bridge
• Continue up river for a bit
• Swim around the buoy return to the beach
• Exit river

RIDE

• Start at Transition Area
• Ride towards Low Lying Bridge
• Left turn across Low Lying Bridge
• Right turn on Branch Mouth Road
• Right turn towards Loma Luz Blvd
• Over the Santa Elena Bridge
• Left turn George Price Highway at the Round – A – Bout
• Continue to Central Farm for a U turn
• Come back the same way
• Finish at transition area

RUN

5K (5.1K)

• Start at Macal Beach
• Up the hill to Hawkesworth Bridge
• Over Hawkesworth Bridge
• Left turn on Buena Vista Street (up Police Station hill)
• Right turn  (at the Round – A – Bout)
• Unto Joseph Andrew Drive
• Right Turn on Branch Mouth Road (by Booze and Branches)
• Left turn towards Low Lying Bridge
• Right Turn immediate after to Bridge
• Finish at Macal River Park

Any person who presents him/herself taking the position of a runner who didn’t show up will be an automatic disqualification.

• Check-In and packet pickup will be done before the event at the Macal Beach starting at 6:30 am

TIMING:

• Each runner’s time is important to them and to us as well, hence, to accurately measure runners’ times, we’ll using ProChip Timers. Timing method will be gunshot whereby all participants receive the same start time. Your time will be stopped when you cross the sensor at the finish line.

HYDRATION

FINISH AREA:

• Runners must return the timing chip immediately after finishing the race, a sign will let you know where to drop off your chip, indicate to the volunteer nearby that you are doing so.

AWARD CEREMONY:

• Short ceremony will be held to award finishers.
