After registration is closed, there will be no modifications, transfers, or swaps.  Any person who presents him/herself taking the position of another participant who didn’t show up will be an automatic disqualification.

 PACKET PICKUP:

• Check-In and packet pickup will be done before the event.

TIMING:

• Each athlete’s time is important to them and to us as well, hence, to accurately measure runners’ times, we’ll using ProChip Timers.  The triathlon will be mass start with the OFFICIAL time being gun-time (meaning everyone gets the same start time, you are ranked in the order you finish).

START LINE:

• Swim starts behind Memorial Park
• Transition Start/Finish area Lord Rhaburn Plaza by Memorial Park

HYDRATION:

• Hydration will be provided

FINISH AREA:

• Athletes must return the timing chip immediately after finishing the race, a sign will let you know where to drop off your chip, indicate to the volunteer nearby that you are doing so.

AWARD CEREMONY:

• Short ceremony will be held to award finishers.
