CONCEPT:
To celebrate Día De Los Muertos (Day of the Dead) with a fun 5K glow run where you can dress up in costumes and have your face painted.
We are also working in collaboration with the Mexican Cultural Institute, we invite participants to bring a photo of a loved one to honor and place on the community altar after the run. Let’s celebrate life and remember those who’ve passed with love and unity.
Bring your bike, skateboard, roller skates, hover board, kick scooter and come have some fun!

START / FINISH LOCATION:
- Mexican Cultural Institute, Belize City
COURSE:
- Start in front of the Mexican Cultural Institute
- Left turn onto Marine Parade
- Go around the Round – A – Bout at Golden Bay for a U turn
- Pass Mexican Cultural Institute
- Continue unto Princess Margaret Drive
- U-Turn by Olympic House
- Come back the same way
- Finish at Mexical Cultural Institute
ENTRY FEE:
- $30 (non-refundable)
- Glow sticks / LEDs included
COMPETITION:
- Best Costume with face painting

- Custom 3″ Medal

CHECK-IN / PACKET PICKUP:
- Check-In and packet pickup will be done before the event. Your race bib, glow sticks and other items will be included.

HYDRATION:
- one: at the cor of Princess Margaret Drive and Baymen Ave. (serves going and return)
FINISH AREA:
- Medals will be awarded immediately upon finishing
AWARD CEREMONY:
- Short ceremony will be held to award the competition prizes
